Sardinian stuffed fresh pasta pockets, handmade and filled with potatoes, mint, our best pecorino cheese and orange zest in a delicious tomato sauce. Served with pane carasau (traditional Sardinian flatbread) and grated mature Sardinian pecorino cheese

Panada alle Verdure - £16

Mixed vegetable pie. Handmade, vegetarian shortcrust pie filled with artichokes, sun-blushed tomatoes, new potatoes and zucchini

Rotolo di pasta fresca con ricotta e spinaci al sugo - £16

Traditional family recipe from Laconi. Handmade fresh pasta roulè, filled with ricotta cheese and spinach, topped with tomato sauce

Malloreddus alla campidanese - £18

A very popular dish in Sardinia that consists in traditional Sardinian pasta fresca and rich tomato sauce made with fresh Sardinian sausages

Agnello al limone - £22.90

A deliciously creamy traditional main course from Cagliari. Slow cooked lamb rack in a rich, creamy, lemon, egg and shallot sauce. Served with croutons. Gluten-free and dairy-free available

Cinghiale in umido - £22.90

Wild boar stew slow cooked to perfection. A traditional family recipe, served with homemade sourdough, croutons a scarpetta must. Gluten-free and dairy-free available
